CREASeal is a sealer liquid formulated to refill the surface pores and the rocky, mud, pit, concrete materials and stone masonry elements.
Its formulation contains solid resins and silicones that will remain integrated in the materials avoiding the porosity to lengthen the useful life, improve the locking, protect from the outer and easy cleaning of the surface.
The materials sealed with CREASeal are resistant to water, grease and filth which pollutes and damages the surfaces. The colors brighten and make a resistant coat to UV sun rays.
Physic properties
- Clear liquid lightly viscous.
- Viscosity 25 sec to 25oC.
- Density 0.900 kg/lt.
- 30% solids per weight.
Installation
Clean the surface to be sealed and be sure it is free of agents that avoid the CREASeal penetration such as oil, paint, glue or covers.
Be sure the surface is complete dry.
Spread CREASeal all over the surface with a paintbrush or a regular shape roller and let it dry during 4 hours. Later, you can put a second coat and let it dry al least 24 hours before open it to the traffic.
When you handle CREASeal it is recommendable to use protection for nose, mouth, eyes and hands.
Limitations
- It is not recommendable for wood or any synthetic materials come from oil.
- Do not use in ceramic covers.
- Do not use in surfaces which are in touch with acids solutions or chemical solvents.
Storage
- CREASeal must be storage in its original container in a fresh, dry and well ventilate place.
- It is a flammable place and must be far away from heat, fair or spark. In case of accident use the practice recommended for flammable products level 3.
Guaranty
CREA offers a limited guaranty to conditions of quantity per unit, erosion resistant and fading protection. CREA only will replace the quantity of product proven to be defective. CREA is not responsible for the defective installation made by the constructor, possible injures, damages or economic loss caused by the incorrect installation of the product. This product must be installed only by a professional constructor.
